The Ladders trainees organised a trip to the Bridewell Theatre to see the very entertaining play called "Children of the Great War".
This particular production is a collection of true stories coming together in one piece through the art of dance and music. In my opinion it was simply magical. This play, devised with an inter--‐ generational cast, presents some of these remarkable stories for the first time.
They are performed through dance, words and live music, with some of the original story givers performing their own histories as part of this unique production.
The scenes included projection of personal Great War family photos, diaries and archive film footage.
The producers spent 18 months collecting research from the interviewees and worked across London to collect these untold stories.
